Composition: 100% cotton.

The fabric used for the blue plaid cushion cover is a type of Chinese hand-woven cotton textile known as tubu.

Tubu fabric was crafted in China in countryside homes during the decades spanning from the 1930s to the 1970s. Woven on wooden looms, it was produced entirely by hand using only traditional methods. It features eye-catching patterns, predominantly checkered and striped.

Its texture is sturdy and characteristically coarse, but will soften with every wash.

Due to its age and decades-long storage, very subtle discolorations are present on the fabric, only visible when examined up close, and not affecting the overall quality and beauty of the blue plaid cushion.

The blue plaid cushion cover is sewn entirely by hand. It is also removable.
